With over 25 years in the corporate world and 20+ focused on coaching clients and talent through the hiring process, I’ve learned to trust my intuition to help both sides of the hiring equation make mindful decisions and placements. At the heart of every company are people, and while technology may match resumes to job descriptions it cannot replace human interaction and instinct.
The best employee experiences start with meaningful candidate experiences. By taking the time to purposefully build rapport and understanding of all parties, successful placements follow and thrive into fulfilling careers and relationships.

Heidi is a strategic, people-centered Senior Talent Leader skilled in aligning workforce initiatives with business goals to drive meaningful results. To her clients and employers she is known for building strong relationships across all organizational levels and promoting clarity, collaboration, and focus for every initiative. Heidi brings a passion for cultivating inclusive, high-performing cultures where individuals feel supported, challenged, and valued. Her expertise includes talent acquisition/development, employer branding, and career coaching—all grounded in a commitment to organizational growth and employee well-being.
Recognized as a trusted partner with a reputation for integrity, adaptability, and operational excellence, she has worked with CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, CMOs, CSCOs, and CIOs to build out highly successful teams by helping them to look beyond the resume and consider the culture add value of unique talent motivators and perspectives.
When she’s not networking and coaching, Heidi can be found doing her best to “adult” her 2 children into the working world, cooking up a storm, reading, or blowing off steam on the piano. She couldn’t be prouder to bring her talents to her own Women-Owned Business.
